Base price is $1,600 for 100 persons. Additional fees based upon number of guests exceeding 100 and/or the use of the many outdoor spaces for tents and parking requirements, i.e. movie productions. Limited opportunities to rent the in-door barn space based upon type of event and availability.

Political fund-raising events are not permitted. Under the Internal Revenue Code, “all section 501(c)(3) organizations are absolutely prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office. Contributions to political campaign funds or public statements of position (verbal or written) made on behalf of the organization in favor of or in opposition to any candidate for public office clearly violate the prohibition against political campaign activity.”

In 2025, the historic site will continue to implement its new strategic plan that will include a new ticket office, extended tours, enhanced school programs, an expanded Gullah Geechee Heritage exhibit space in the Agricultural Building, a footprint of the original tenant houses, a return to the original use of the lower level of the Manor House as well as a Carriage House exhibit.
